In the middle of Tuckman’s 5 stages of group development is norming. In this stage, the group is starting to identify as a group and starting to conform to their roles. I think that this stage is one of, if not the most, important stages of a group. This is the make it or break it stage to me. Ig your group do not come together and jell together, then then road you guys go on will be bumpy. It is important that the group understands each others feelings because they will start to develop a level of trust. In the norming stage, the group should understand what their goal is and how they will accomplish their goal. This stage is where the group really becomes a group and where it shows. If this stage is not done correctly then the foundation of the group is in trouble and the success of the group will be called into question.
